Conor McGregor has reportedly stated he is “in talks” to purchase the online content platform OnlyFans.
In recent years, OnlyFans has become widely popular, used by various individuals, including musicians and everyday people, to share exclusive content and aspects of their lives with subscribers.
While the platform hosts diverse content, a significant portion of its revenue comes from adult content creators.

OnlyFans saw its revenue surge from £277 million ($375 million) to a substantial £4.8 billion ($6 billion) in 2023, partly driven by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Currently valued at over £6 billion ($8 billion), the company`s owner, Leonid Radvinsky, is reportedly looking to sell.
McGregor, the renowned UFC figure, claims to be among the interested parties, as the platform is expected to attract multiple offers.

Sharing an Instagram post about OnlyFans being for sale, McGregor posted on his story, “I`m in serious talks to buy this.”
With an estimated net worth of £147 million ($200 million), the 36-year-old Irishman would require considerable financial backing to acquire OnlyFans.
McGregor has not competed in the octagon since fracturing his left leg during his third fight against Dustin Poirier almost four years ago.

During his time away from fighting, he has focused on business ventures, notably acquiring shares in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship in April 2024.
In an exclusive interview, McGregor highlighted the significance of his investment, stating, “Bareknuckle Fighting Championship is a major, major player in this industry… And it`s growing fast.” He added that the promotion has a strong foundation with its roster of fighters and dedicated team.
McGregor was originally scheduled to return to fighting last June for a much-anticipated bout against Michael Chandler, his opposing coach on The Ultimate Fighter season 31.
However, he withdrew from the planned Las Vegas fight due to a broken left pinky toe.
Although the former UFC star recently pushed for his return, UFC President and CEO Dana White has indicated that McGregor`s return to the cage is not imminent.
White commented, “He`s not fighting anytime soon. I haven`t talked to him in a minute. But yeah, I don`t know when [he`ll fight again].
Whenever McGregor does fight again, it will be his first bout since a Dublin court found him civilly liable in December 2018 for an assault on Nikita Hand at a Dublin hotel.
The former two-division champion is appealing the November verdict, hoping that new evidence will overturn the civil trial`s outcome.
