Conor McGregor’s Wild Week in Ibiza: From Celebrity Parties to a Nightclub Incident

Conor McGregor recently spent a busy and eventful few days on the island of Ibiza.

The former two-division UFC champion, who has been absent from the octagon for nearly FOUR YEARS, enjoyed his time on the popular Balearic Island this week.

The 36-year-old was reportedly caught on camera in an altercation at Pacha nightclub on Tuesday morning.

His presence on the island certainly drew attention, though often for controversial reasons.

Reports emerged that `The Notorious` was involved in an incident at the famous Pacha nightclub early Tuesday morning, where he reportedly PUNCHED a man in the VIP area.

According to accounts, the Irishman struck the man twice. The individual was later identified as a friend of O Beach owner Wayne Lineker and was subsequently removed from the club.

McGregor, 36, began his week in Ibiza on a more peaceful note.

The former UFC star spent Monday partying at Lineker`s popular O Beach venue, securing a spot in the VVIP section.

He was seen socializing with figures like former glamour model Katie Price and footballer Kevin Danso.

McGregor appeared to relish the spotlight, seen enjoying what looked like a costly cigar.

Ireland`s first and only UFC champion also had a notable night out at Ushuaia in Playa d`en Bossa on Tuesday, accompanied by his Black Forge Inn FC team members.

He secured an excellent vantage point to watch DJ Calvin Harris perform one of his scheduled summer sets to a large crowd of party-goers.

The party didn`t stop there for Mystic Mac, who made the short walk across the road to live it up at Hi Ibiza.

Later in the week, the MMA superstar was photographed meeting former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers.

They posed together for a picture.

Wayne Lineker, brother of football pundit Gary Lineker and owner of O Beach, later identified the man reportedly punched by McGregor as Joe Gomez, a long-term employee at O Beach.

Lineker publicly defended his employee in an Instagram post, which has since been removed, criticizing McGregor`s behavior.

In the deleted post, Lineker wrote: “Thought about this post a lot.

“This is my very close friend who has worked at Ocean for eight years, he has the most special heart and in all of the years that I’ve known him he has never raised his voice once.

He took two punches from Conor McGregor in Pacha for absolutely no reason.

Let me introduce you to Joe Gooomez (sic). He took the punches like a champion.

I’ve since deleted my post of Conor at Ocean on Sunday. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

We at Ocean Beach Ibiza will always put our family first.`”

McGregor`s last appearance in the UFC octagon was in July 2021, when he suffered a leg break during his third fight against Dustin Poirier.

He was scheduled to return to fighting last June against longtime rival Michael Chandler, but withdrew from the planned bout due to a broken pinky toe.

His fighting future in the UFC remains uncertain. Furthermore, in November, he was found civilly liable for an assault on Nikita Hand at a Dublin Hotel in 2018.

Despite these issues, the former fan favorite appears determined to compete in the octagon once more.
