The Santa Clauses star Casey Wilson has revealed what star Tim Allen is like behind-the-scenes…and it doesn’t sound too good. Speaking on a recent episode of her Bitch Sesh podcast, Wilson, who plays an older version of Sara from the original movie, described working with Allen on the Disney+ series as “truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever.” See what else Wilson had to say about working alongside Allen below…

“Tim Allen was such a b—h. It was the truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever. So I’m in a scene. It’s just me and Tim Allen and I’m supposed to throw things at him. I think he’s a burglar. So he’s coming down the chimney, obviously as Santa, and I am woken up thinking there’s an intruder, basically like a home invasion scene. So I’m throwing things at him. [He] goes over to the producer who is standing four feet from me and goes, and I hear him, he goes, ‘You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines.’ The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot to me and he goes, ‘Um, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.’”

Wilson, who is best known for her roles in Saturday Night Live, Happy Endings, and The Shrink Next Door, explained that she has not previously spoken about her experience working with Allen as a producer on The Santa Clauses is “a great friend,” and because she and her family “loved the movies.”

Wilson continued, revealing that everybody on set was “walking on eggshells” around the lead star, as well as looking “frantic.”

“He was so f—ing rude. Never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so uncomfortable.”

And, apparently, this was Tim Allen on a good day.

“It’s the end, and Tim Allen goes, ‘Leaving!,’ takes his Santa cape, picks it up and drops it on the floor and walks out. And they hustle in his stand-in; lovely man, who was much nicer to act against. People are scurrying to pick up his velvet Santa coat. He’s a bitch. And this is the best… I will not say who said this. This was someone that I do not know, perhaps in the crew. [He or she] breezes past me and just goes, ‘You’re seeing him on a good day.‘”

Representatives for Tim Allen have yet to comment on what Wilson describes.

The Santa Clauses sees Allen return as Scott Calvin, aka Santa Claus, reprising the role from the original Santa Clause franchise which began back in 1994. The series begins with Calvin on the brink of his 64th birthday and realizing that he can’t be Santa forever. Now with a family, and with a lot of elves, children, and family to please, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in a life south of the pole.
